This recording was a personal challenge. After listening to a guest speaker engage my students one day at the school, I went home and decided to challenge myself. I decided to write a song "without looking back". With no ideas or inspiration, I sat down in the studio and began. A couple chords, some lyrics, whatever I thought of, that's what I ran with. Long story short, this song was conceived, written, recorded, and mixed in three hours and two minutes. Pure train of thought start to finish.
